A 1.81 kg creator machine with a 4K 120 Hz OLED touch panel, 64 GB, and an RTX 4070, well-supported on Linux via asus-linux.org. RAM is soldered and the audio quirk needs a fix, but it gets about 6 hours unplugged.

fedora: Strix Point plus a 105W RTX 4070 in Optimus mode. Covered by the asus-linux.org project: asusctl handles fan curves and keyboard, supergfxctl handles the GPU mode. NVIDIA proprietary driver required for the dGPU. Strix Point s2idle wants kernel 6.10 or newer for the deepest idle states. The 4K OLED touch panel works; pen input is detected but pressure tuning is limited. Speaker quirk needs the ASUS audio fix. The 64 GB is soldered. asus-linux.org: setup guide →
