Razer Blade 14 (2024)
A 1.87 kg aluminium chassis with a 140W RTX 4070, the fastest 14-inch gaming laptop here, but Razer's bare BIOS makes Linux fan and suspend behaviour a fight. About 4.5 hours unplugged on light work.
Compiled from public sources and community data, not hands-on tested. What that means.

fedora: Razer ships a bare BIOS with no fan or power control exposed, so there is no vendor tooling and no equivalent of asus-linux.org here. NVIDIA proprietary driver is mandatory for the RTX 4070, fans tend to ramp to full or sit off with nothing in between, and S3 suspend is unreliable. The openrazer project covers Chroma lighting, not the platform. Workable if you tolerate the rough edges, not recommended if you want a quiet Linux machine.
